Leigh Hart

Hart Homes Founder | Realtor | Lead Listing Specialist

Born and raised in the Dayton area, Leigh Hart is not only an industry expert, she is also an area expert with extensive market knowledge. Leigh attended the University of Cincinnati College of Business Undergraduate Program for Marketing with a Public Relations focus. Soon after, Leigh and her husband moved to Anchorage, Alaska, and then Fort Benning, North Carolina, which was the birthplace of Hart Homes. Leigh successfully launched Hart Homes in North Carolina and Ohio and simultaneously operated in both states until 2016 when Leigh and her family moved back to Dayton and decided that Ohio was truly a place she was passionate about, and Hart Homes became an exclusively Ohio Real Estate team.

As the CEO/Team Lead of Hart Homes, Leigh oversees all training of sales agents and is the lead listing agent for the team. Leigh has been the recipient of numerous awards both locally and nationally such as the Ohio Association of Realtors President’s Sales Club Award in 2017 & 2018 and most recently the 2018 Keller Williams Cultural Ambassador for the Ohio Valley Region.

Above all else, Leigh truly believes in raising the standards for the Real Estate Industry and ensuring that her and her team are producing the highest level of customer service to all of their clients.


Jim Hart

With years of experience delivering superior customer service to his clients, in business to business sales as well as arranging financing for loans, has earned him numerous Sales awards as well as Presidents Club and Sales Executive Club statuses. An Alumni of Hondros College of Business, he is passionate about the Real Estate industry and taking care of his clients. Jim’s extensive knowledge in the local area and his Customers First motto make him a perfect fit to assist buyers, sellers or investors with all of their real estate needs. Jim is a family man with a devotion to his wife Teresa, two adult children and their spouses as well as 5 grandchildren.



Siobhan Brown


Executive Administrator


Siobhan (pronounced Sha-von) has been in the real estate industry since 2013, providing administrative support and transaction coordination to various agents in the Dayton area.  Her real estate career started when the agent who sold her family their house decided to hire her as her assistant.  She had no background in real estate, but her passion for learning and ability to adapt helped her master the ins and outs of the business rather quickly.  Siobhan very much enjoys being the woman behind the scenes, making things work efficiently and effectively for the team. 

Siobhan lives in Kettering with her husband, 2 children, and the family dog, Licorice.  In her spare time, she enjoys sewing, crafting and gardening.
